Delphi 8 IDE.
Delphi 8 for .Net (Octane) was a new IDE targeting .NET with Object Pascal. Later versions are also based on the same IDE (codenamed Galileo), extended with Delphi Win32 plus C# 1.1 in Delphi 2005 and C++Builder in Delphi 2006.
